"This way," The bored voice says, leading you to the cupboard it calls an office. You are told to sit down on what you can barely call a chair, in fact, it is half a chair, a whole chair being not able to fit. "OK, so you want a townhouse, yes?" He says. "Fill this in."

NPC (Ckel Trians, Althea Trian's brother): (This encounter with Ckel needing a townhouse took place eleven years ago from the current time in The Realm of Salmai'nne, because he is a NPC character and already has a townhouse of which my approved character lives in) Ckel walked in and sat down on the small chair, grimacing at the man's lack of tone or enthusiasm. He looked at the form and smiled. A townhouse. He was nineteen and in need of a place to live, as he already had a good business going.
Name: Ckel Trians
Preference of kind of townhouse: Quite big, for three people (one guest room, one room for himself and one for his sister). One comfy living room, one large dining hall for business men and business meals, one kitchen; average size, two bathrooms (one for himself and his sister), a garden and a stable.
Price limit: £5000
Extras you might want: Just a hallway and a few spare rooms. He definitely needs a nice garden to impress his colleuges and a stable for his horse; Firewave.
Ckel sighed and hoped he could get a townhouse in Enteelen that met to his needs. He knew his sister may be moving in with him, as his home had problems with his youngest brother, whom had murdured his other brother. The man, after reading the form, sighed too but with boredom and handed Ckel his keys and gave Ckel the directions.
